Installation of new construction trailer, maintenance of existing perimeter fencing, overall site cleanup, removal of trash and weeds, patching of sidewalk on Main Street. Installation of various safety control measures and 24 hour lighting in both buildings. Reestablishments of gates. Underground stormwater piping and catch basins were installed between the buildings along vacated Spencer Ave. Removal of existing sanitary lines from old Village Hall. Additionally, coordination meetings with the utility companies (specifically ComEd) to discuss electrical feeds and transformer locations for the project. This is currently underway with engineering.
